As I rushed myself and my three young children out of my home today for my daughter’s swim lessons, I hurried and grabbed the diaper bag like I always do and simply walked out the door. I didn’t have to stop and think about what to pack for my baby because her diaper bag was already fully stocked and ready to go. So many new moms have asked me for advice when they have their first child on how to stay organized with their new baby and how to not forget things when they are in a rush to leave the house. The answer is simple. The minute you get home from being out and about with your child, restock your diaper bag for the next time you leave the house. If you do this every time, you will never have to worry about leaving the house in a rush and forgetting the essential items you need for your baby such as diapers and baby wipes. It’s just that simple. This one piece of advice can save any mom, whether first-time mom or mom of five children, a lot of time and stress. It is just that simple.
